• Our Justification

    20 He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;
    21 And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.
    22 And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness.
    23 Now it was not written for his sake alone, that it was imputed to him;
    24 But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus Christ our Lord from the dead;
    25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification. (Romans 4:20-25 - - - in the Holy Bible)
  • Now Is Christ Risen

    20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept.
    21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.
    22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. (1 Corinthians 15:20-22 - - - in the Holy Bible)

    Teamsters President Hoffa says Steel, Aluminum Tariffs Create Fairer Playing Field for American Workers

    U.S. Manufacturing Sector to Get Shot in the Arm from Change in Policy

    Jim Hoffa

    March 9, 2018

    Washington, DC - - (March 8, 2018) - - The following is a statement from Teamsters General President Jim Hoffa about a letter he sent to President Trump after it was announced Thursday afternoon that the U.S. would be placing tariffs on the importation of steel and aluminum from countries outside North America, with an exemption process in place for other nations.

    “The Teamsters congratulated the President for putting in place a policy that will punish bad actors who have been dumping cheap steel and aluminum in the U.S. marketplace for years. However, the Teamsters believe that the tariff exemption for Canada should be permanent and not tied to ongoing NAFTA negotiations.

    “The administration’s investigation into global steel and aluminum over-production proves what unions have been saying for some time, that our national security is at risk if the country’s manufacturing base continues to diminish. The Teamsters stand ready to work with the White House and with other North American unions to defend and to describe how implementation of these tariffs will protect American workers and our national well-being.”
